One or more items arrived damaged. How to do?
Check out as soon as possible the conditions of both the packaging and the products you received.
We place the outmost care and attention in the package and shiping packages, but some inconvenience, also beyond our control, can happen.
For this reason we suggest:
check the number of packages delivered matches the number of packages specified on the delivery note
Check packaging and closure strips are intact and unaltered
unpack the product immediately and check that there are no hidden damage
In case of tampering and/or breaks, do not worry, our customer service team is at your disposal.
You will have to immediately write "subject to goods control for ..." (describe motivation) on the delivery note received by the courier.
After that, send immediately a message by filling the contact form in the Contact section of the site.

If you change your mind or unfortunately problems occur , you can still decide to return the product purchased and you will be refunded the price of the goods.

My product is broken, how do I know if it is still under warranty?
All products sold by Italian Style Shopping Ltd are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24-month warranty for defects of conformity as required by law.

The legal guarantee has a maximum duration of 24 months from the date of purchase.
